Cancellations

More than 48 hours' notice – No charge.

Less than 24 hours' notice – 50% of the treatment cost.

Less than 12 hours’ notice – 75% of the treatment cost.

No-show – 100% of the treatment cost.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and charges may still apply.

Patch Testing
Patch tests are required where necessary. If a patch test has not been completed, we may be unable to carry out your treatment. It is your responsibility to attend a patch test if you have been required to, if you do not have a patch test before your treatment, they may be cancelled and charges may apply.

Refunds
Refunds are not offered on completed treatments. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help.

Health Information
Please let us know about any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or recent cosmetic treatments before your appointment.

Children & Guests
We aim to provide a calm and relaxing environment for all our clients. Please attend your appointment alone unless agreed in advance. If guests attend an appointment with you and cause disruption they may be asked to leave. Thank you for respecting other clients.
